Blessen Eapen is the Chief of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Department at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System and is a Health Sciences Associate Clinical Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Los Angeles, CA.
