While employed as a paralegal at her former firms, Pam was often called upon to help train others because of her talent for conveying things in a simple, easy to understand way.

Pam has worked as a paralegal since 1996 representing both plaintiffs and defendants. While employed as a paralegal at a large, nationally known firm, she also served as the paralegal coordinator for her practice group, supervising and training the groups paralegals. She received her bachelors degree, with honors, from West Chester University. After working for five years in business management, Pam decided to pursue paralegal studies at the PJA School, where she graduated at the top of her class. Her professional activities have included serving on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Association of Paralegals, as its Second Vice President, and also as Editor-in-Chief of its newsletter.
