Findings from EU-funded projects in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the UK serve as an assessment of policies addressing young people's transition from school to employment. The work suggests an alternative to current practices that would employ a holistic integrated transition policy placing young people's subjective experience at its center.
