Bongkosh N. Rittichainuwat, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Director of the International Program in Hotel and Tourism Management at Siam University, Thailand. She has published papers in Tourism Management, Annals of Tourism Research, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research, Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing, and Journal of Vacation Marketing. Her research interests are travel motivations, destination image, tourist perceptions, safety, perceived risks, destination recovery, incentive travel, destination marketing, film tourism, and tourism in Thailand. She serves on the editorial board of Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing, Asia Pacific Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research and Tourism Management Perspectives, among others. She is also the Director of Research of ApacCHRIE and a board member of Asia Pacific Travel Association.
