This collection of seven papers given at the 62nd meeting of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) in Rome in 2004 focuses on veterinary drug residues, particularly antimicrobial agents, insecticides, and a production aid. They were evaluated by the committee, along with safety levels of chloramphenicol in animal products.
