E-book in book in electronic format which you can buy and download from internet and read in your computer or in e-book readers. E-books sold on our website are also protected with digital rights (DRM), so for some books printing and copying is limited and also you can not give these books to other users. Therefore any device you plan to read the English eBook on must accept eBooks with Adobe DRM. As for Estonian e-books, these are protected with Social DRM which means that only your name and contact details will be added into the book, but no special DRM software is not needed to read these e-books.

eBooks sold on our website are available in two formats:

Adobe (PDF) This is a fixed-format digital version of a book, designed to resemble the printed version as closely as possible. Some devices will allow you to change the size of the text but not generally to make formatting changes, such as changing page breaks, adding annotations, and so on. Zooming and panning are possible.

Adobe (ePub) ePub stands for Electronic Publication Format. It is an open source format that can be used by anyone to create an eBook. With ePub you can decide how you read your book regardless of which device you are using. It allows you to reflow the text, adjust the font size and change the style and page sizes.

Please note these ePubs and PDFs include Digital Rights Management and requires Adobe Digital Editions to be downloadable.

To read English e-books protected with digital rights you need to create yourself Adobe ID (user's unique identifier). All downloaded e-books will be associated with your Adove ID and you can read them on devices authorized with the same ID. You can create Adobe ID on the address https://account.adobe.com and there please click "Create an Adobe Account".

To read English e-books sold on our website you need to install in your computer Adobe Digital Editions which you can download from the following link: https://www.adobe.com/products/digital-editions/download.html. In final installation step you have to enter your Adobe ID.

To check that everything works OK you can download some free books from Adobe website: https://www.adobe.com/products/digital-editions/eBook.html. To read Estonian e-books you can also use some other software.

You can read e-books in your computer using Adobe Digital Edtions software. Or, you can read e-books with e-readers. Compatible devices are listed in Adobe website: https://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/devices/.

Estonian e-books are not protected with Adobe DRM and you can read these with many e-readers which support EPUB format, also with mobile phones like iPhone, with Apple iPad etc.

Firstly you have to download book to your computer and then transfer it through USB cable to your e-reader.

The buying process of e-books is quite similar to ordinary books. You can search for the books in the same manner, place the books in shopping cart, enter your contact details, and after successful payment you will be delivered to page with the links to downloadable books. Clicking the link will open the download window and after your confirmation that you want to download the books, automatically opens Adobe Digital Editions where you can start reading downloaded books.

To activate a supported eBook device using an Adobe® ID:

• Connect the eBook device to your computer.

   

• Open AdobeĀ® Digital Editions.
  Adobe® Digital Editions launches and detects the eBook device. The 'Device Setup Assistant' dialog box is displayed.
• Click 'Authorize Device'. Adobe® Digital Editions activates the eBook device. You can now transfer DRM-protected Adobe® eBooks to the device.

Note that both Adobe® Digital Editions and the eBook device must be activated with the same Adobe® ID to transfer DRM-protected Adobe® eBooks to the device.

To read Adobe DRM protected ebooks on iPad, iPhone and iPod, you can use free application Adobe Digital Editions.

Yes, you can authorise up to five computers and transfer books as long as all computers are authorised using your Adobe ID.

The .acsm file isn't the book - it a purchase ticket that allows you to download the book. If you save the file using Adobe Digital Editions, this will then bring up the e-book you have ordered.

You can usually download the eBook up to 2-5 times from our website. But in case you will have problems, please contact us and we will reinitiate your download count.
